We tell the real stories of pregnant people targeted by the criminal legal system and show the ways that racism and misogyny control people with the capacity for pregnancy.
We accomplish this by working with the media to highlight stories of injustice and by working to make the connection that the criminalization of pregnancy is about more than abortion.
We also work with bar associations, law firms, criminal defense organizations, policymakers, health care provider associations, coalitions, and students on trainings, lectures, and conferences to educate community members about how they can reject pregnancy criminalization.
